Unannounced Nokia X Spotted with Notch on Nokia's Official Page

The smartphone went up for pre-orders in India earlier this month. As of now, HMD Global is sending out the media invite for the Nokia X6 launch event which is scheduled to take place in Beijing. The phone is powered by 3260mAh battery which is compatible with Quick Charge 4.0 as well as Qi wireless charging. Although the Nokia X is showcased at the exhibition, no information about the phone's specs is displayed.

HMD Global has just announced its smartphone lineup for 2018 in India and has promised that apart from the Nokia 2 every single smartphone will be running on the Android One program. But that didn't happen.

According to the latest rumors, the new Nokia X should have specifications that position it between the current Nokia 6.1 and Nokia 7 Plus.

What still remains the most unclear, though, is whether the Nokia X is indeed going to be called the Nokia X or the Nokia X6, which has been suggested to be incoming via acclaimed leakster Evan Blass recently in a Tweet. Smartphone makers like Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, among others have released smartphones inspired by the one that started it all, the iPhone X. Well, technically the Essential Phone, but then Apple kind of defined it for the masses.

The update which is heading to Nokia 8 Sirocco comes with Android Oreo version 8.1 and although the smartphone was already unveiled with stock Android Oreo v8.0 out of the box, this new update makes things even sweeter. The screen has 18:9 aspect ratio and has minimal bezels around it. On the camera front, the device features a vertically arranged dual rear camera setup from Zeiss. Both the camera and the fingerprint sensor will are seen surrounded by silver accents. Let's see what Nokia will bring this time. The Nokia 8 Sirocco uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 6GB RAM, 128GB internal storage, and a hybrid microSD card slot (can also be used as a secondary SIM card slot). It is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, 4GB RAM, and 64GB internal storage space.

As far as the pricing is concerned, the upcoming Nokia X6 will be a mid-range phone.
