Q2 Weather: Spring storms possible with more warm temperatures

Monday, we'll only manage to get into the mid-60s. An early look calls for a very summer like forecast, with highs in the middle to potentially upper 80s. If we see enough instability a few storms could pop up as well.

Temperatures rise into the lower 80s and that's slightly above normal for this time of year. Temperatures will once again return to the 70s and 80s to near 90.

Mostly clear and quiet overnight as lows fall into the mid to upper 40s. Winds E/SE 5-10 miles per hour. Quite a bit of moisture will feed into the region, giving the potential for heavy rain in storms that do develop. Gusty winds around most storms are also possible Monday afternoon. Tuesday looks pleasant and seasonable with mostly sunny skies and high temperatures in the mid 70s. It won't rain everywhere all day everyday but we'll have to monitor the specific details within this timeframe as we go throughout the week.

EXTENDED: Monday will be an absolutely attractive day with full sunshine and comfortable temperatures in the middle 70s. Right now the best chance for widespread storms may end up being Thursday and Saturday based on the latest computer models but we'll have to keep an eye on model consistency to see if that trend continues.

Expect sunny skies, light winds and mild temperatures for Election Day.
