"While being taken into custody a Rhode Island State Police K9 bit Rowley in the arm", Ansonia police said.

Rowley, 26, is being held on $100,000 bond.

A U.S. man robbed a bank to impress superstar Taylor Swift, police say.

The mug shot of Bruce Rowley, who robbed a bank in an attempt to impress singer Taylor Swift.

Police alleged the man, Bruce Rowley, had robbed an Ansonian bank on April 4 and then headed to Taylor's place. After the suspect was identified, Ansonia police obtained arrest and search warrants and listed his auto as wanted. State troopers from the state were able to spot and pursue him. The trespasser drama comes just a week after alleged stalker Frank Andrew Hoover, who terrified Swift and her family with vile emails, was sentenced to 10 years probation following his arrest in 2016.

We all know that loyal Taylor Swift fans will do anything to get the attention of the woman they worship, but the latest fan antics have us pretty darn shocked.

According to court papers, that man called Swift's management company's office approximately 59 times between January 27 and February 16, leaving voicemails saying he wanted to meet and spend time with her. You know, because she clearly needs the dough.

TMZ reports that the man said he has been trying to contact the 28-year-old star, but she was not home. With less than a month to go before the trek kicks off in Arizona on May 8, the singer has ramped up excitement by sharing some behind-the-scenes looks at her rehearsals.

Meanwhile, in California, a man was arrested Sunday for allegedly trespassing at Swift's Beverly Hills mansion.
