Nokia 9 To Sport A Monstrous Triple Camera System

Should competition worry about the latest from Nokia? "Nokia 1 steps in here", said Pranav, the head of product at HMD Global India.

Priced at Rs 49,999, Nokia 8 Sirocco is the most premium phone from the HMD stable and will compete in the category that includes flagship devices from Samsung and Apple.

The Nokia 6 (2017) has gotten yet another price cut, this time on the eve of the expected launch of the Nokia 6 (2018) in India. Nevertheless, we will find out how the SD835 performs on Nokia 8 Sirocco in our detailed review.

The triple will be placed by developers on the back of the device.

Display: 6-inch (2160 × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ 18:9 2.5D curved glass display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

Though we are not pretty sure, whether recently launched Nokia 8 Sirocco should be deemed as the true flagship of HMD Global (as it was previously thought to be the Nokia 9) or not. The display quality looked crisp and felt responsive to the touch. We will be talking more about this in our upcoming review. Under the hood, the phone gets powered by Snapdragon 630 processor, up from last year's Snapdragon 400 chipset. Graphics in the smartphone are taken care by Adreno 508 GPU, and the phone comes with up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The handset will only be available in a single color - Black. Meanwhile, we would love to know your views on the latest offerings of Nokia, and, given a choice, will you buy any of these as your next smartphone?

Google Global Director of Android Partner Programmes, Jon Gold had said more devices featuring the Android One OS will be launched across the globe going ahead.

A 16MP camera is present to the back of the phone with ZEISS optics, PDAF and dual LED flash. It has all that users vouch for in a smartphone these days - a decent processor, 18:9 aspect ratio display, ample battery, dual rear cameras and the elegant design. The smartphone includes an 8MP selfie camera on the front, coupled with an 84-degree wide-angle f/2.0 aperture lens. One of the interesting things about the camera is that this phone allows you to capture feeds from the rear and front camera. The smartphone also offers face unlock and artificial intelligence features like the ability to add masks to selfies. However, a lot of them were priced in a lower segment. The camera was quick to focus and captured decent images in the low light situation. Nokia 7 Plus is equipped with 360 spatial audio system for better surround sound. This is also DUAL SIM phone and is packed with 3260mAh battery with fast charging and also suports Qi Wireless Charging.

HMD has removed the traditional 3.5mm headphone jack and replaced it with USB Type-C, provided with a Type-C to 3.5mm converted.

Nokia 7 Plus is a beautifully designed smartphone with aluminium body and it adopts the modern design language with thinner bezels. The phone will run Android 8.0 Oreo with regular security updates promised. So enough to keep any serious buyer who likes the Nokia badge, really interested.
