FCC confirms Moto Z3 Play dimensions and a number of key specs

Motorolarecently teased its upcoming lineup of smartphones and the Moto Z3 Play is likely to be among them. It is fitted with 5.7-inch full-HD+ IPS display with 1,080×2,160 pixels screen resolution.

All three Moto G6-branded handsets are expected to arrive in the near future, though we're still not sure when will that happen, as the Moto G5-series arrived back in February last year, over a year ago. On the back, the Moto Z3 Play will feature a dual-camera setup (12MP+8MP), while in the front there should be a secondary 5-megapixel selfie camera.

KillerFeatures reports that the more budget-friendly Moto G6 Play will also offer an 18:9 display, but as a lower HD+ resolution, but at the same overall size. Moto G6, Moto G6 Play, and Moto G6 Plus are the three handsets which have been subjected to several leaks recently, with the smartphones' specifications, design, and features having leaked a couple of times. In terms of design, the Moto G6 will sport a 3D glass back with a splash-resistant P2i nano-coating protection.

The smartphone is going to feature a 12MP or a 13MP sensor at the rear with LED flash and a 5MP sensor for selfies with LED flash on the front.

The report also states that the Moto G6 will be shipping with a dual-camera system, like the one found in the Moto X4, but the exact specifications are unknown right now. Specs and pricing were leaked followed by the design and build again of the G6 Plus. The phone also has a fingerprint scanner, a microSD card slot, Dolby Audio, and supports Moto Experiences (Moto Display and Moto Actions).

The specifications of the Moto G6 have also surfaced, courtesy of Android Headlines. The Moto G6 has a fingerprint sensor on the home button below the display and it too has a 4000mAh battery inside. A 3000mAh battery with Turbocharging will power the entire package. Similar to Google Lens, users will be able to point Moto G6 camera to know more about objects or scan a document to save email, message, etc to their phone. The device, as per the leaks, is powered by a 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core processor which is coupled with 2GB of RAM. The phone could be priced at $199 (Rs 13,000 approx). The new images of the smartphones leaked online suggest that the smartphone will come with a 18:9 aspect ratio display that will not feature a notch.

Coming to the Moto G6 Plus, it is also a dual-SIM smartphone running Android 8.0 Oreo. It has 64GB of internal storage, expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card. It will come with support for Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, LTE and fingerprint reader.
