Sytch is now in police custody in New Jersey for unrelated charges, including being a fugitive of justice from her prior convictions for DUIs.

The 45-year-old WWE Hall Of Famer was picked up by New Jersey's Aberdeen Police Department on Tuesday, February 27 on contempt of court and fugitive from justice charges, according to TMZ. Sunny is still now being held in custody at the Monmouth County Sheriff's Office on a $6,000 bond.

Her total DUI count at this point is 5 - with 3 DUI arrests in 2015 alone. Her bond is reportedly $6,000.

She was sentenced to 97 days in prison, but a judge gave her credit for 95 days she had spent in a rehabilitation facility and two days in jail. She will then have to appear in court once again. In 2016, Sytch was hospitalized with pancreatic issues related to Alcohol use.

She had previously vowed to go to rehab after a string of previous arrests.

Sytch was taken into custody by Carbon County officers around 10:30 pm EST, and a sergeant on duty tells us it was due to a parole violation. She worked as a manager or valet for The Godwinns, Ron Simmons, The Smoking Guns, and other wrestlers why she spent time in WWE, WCW, and ECW. In 2011 she was enshrined in the WWE Hall of Fame.

She has starred in one adult movie, "Sunny Side Up: In Through the Backdoor", and offers webcam sessions on Skype.
