Boxer trolls Conor McGregor anew by teasing a UFC rematch

Boxing legend Floyd "Money" Mayweather was trolled by Russian UFC fighter Zabit Magomedsharipov over a video the United States star recently posted on his Instagram account, which shows him entering an MMA cage.

Fans who watched the fight late past year might also recall that McGregor, fresh from his loss after the tenth round, issued a rematch challenge to the undefeated boxer, according to Sky Sports.

With Mayweather posting videos of himself inside the octagon, the Notorious One wasn't shy with his response. "I think it would get his earned respect in", McGregor told Adam's Apple.

Though McGregor has said little about being stripped of the title, in on-the-street interviews with Adam Glyn this week, McGregor insisted that he is now at the negotiating table and fully intends to fight this year. "If he does do it, I know he's threatened with it, I'd have respect for him".

Could Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor face each other again?

McGregor and White have consistently claimed record numbers, while Showtime and Espinoza say the Mayweather vs. McGregor spectacle fell just short. "I'm ready to go", said McGregor.

Well, following Mayweather's recent social media activity, McGregor responded with his own post.

McGregor, 29, has not fought in MMA since he won the UFC's lightweight championship in November 2016. We all may be laughing now, but most of us were probably laughing when the talks began of McGregor stepping into a ring to fight Mayweather. "We have many options".

He wrote: "I already f****d you up in 2017 now they about to f*** you up in 2018".

"They are who I'm thinking of, but the fight game changes so quick, so many times, so we'll see". There's obviously the Nate Diaz trilogy. Mayweather is going to get crushed in a UFC fight.

'I'm now in negotiations to face my next opponent and we have many options, there's the current interim lightweight champion, there's the undefeated Daegestani, that could be a big Russian event. There's many options. Time is good.

I'm delighted for her.
