As officers removed Margraves, he repeatedly demanded "one minute!" and asked: "What if this happened to you guys?" Randall Margraves lunged at the convicted paedophile during a hearing today but was restrained by bailiffs.

Even after being subdued by law enforcement officials and being handcuffed on the ground, the Margraves can be heard still pleading for time with Nassar. He said hearing his daughters' words and watching Nassar shake his head while they were speaking led him to nearly attacking Nassar.

The judge said there is "no way" she will punish Margraves for what he did. She urged families to "use your words".

More than 150 women, including Margraves third daughter, Morgan, addressed Nassar and detailed the years of abuse he put them through - often under the guise of medical treatment.

Victims were taken to be treated by him at Michigan State University, where he worked as a sports doctor between 1997 and 2016. Cunningham opened Friday's session by describing Smith's comments as "unfortunate".

"Obviously what just occurred in the courtroom was scary and caused a lot of discomfort", Cunningham said. It does not show the right message. "But in a courtroom, we don't use profanity".

He began to swear at Nassar, the Judge Cunningham said he could not swear in court. "I'm here to help them heal". Prosecutors are seeking a new sentence of 40 to 125 years in this case.

An astonishing 265 women have now come forward to say they were abused by Nasser, including superstar Olympian Simone Biles.

Lauren was the first of the two sisters to deliver her impact statement in court on Friday.

"You know that I can't do that", Cunningham said. All three of their children are victims of you.

The father then lunged at Nassar, who was sitting nearby.
