Zlatan Ibrahimovic Reportedly Agreed LA Galaxy Transfer '3 Weeks Ago'

Ibrahimovic's future at Manchester United has been in doubt after struggling to make any impact since his return from injury.

The 36-year-old has been on the sidelines for over a month after suffering a recurrence of the serious knee injury he sustained last April.

But Mourinho said Ibrahimovic was striving to get back to peak condition.

"I don't know if it is going to happen but he's a legend, one of the best strikers in history of soccer", said Dos Santos.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has agreed a deal to join LA Galaxy and has already signed a contract with the MLS side, reports say. "If that is true and Zlatan wants a future in another country then we are here to help and create conditions for that to happen, not to make his life hard", Mourinho said. "If that is true and Zlatan wants a future in another club in another country, we are here to help and to create conditions for that to happen, not to make his life hard".

Amidst rumours of him moving to MLS, Zlatan signed a one-year contract with Manchester United in August and returned early from injury in November to play for the club.

Ibrahimovic originally signed for Manchester United on a free contract in the summer of 2016 from Paris Saint-Germain where he scored twenty-eight goals in all competitions including two goals in United's EFL cup final victory against Southampton.

Mourinho also expressed hope the club can agree a new contract with midfielder Marouane Fellaini.

He said: "He's a very important player for me, he's a great professional who is giving everything he can to help the team". Mario's principle desire is to play good football in a club who believe in him.

"He knows I want him and the club wants him and I think that's very important for him".
