BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe invites players back to the treacherous land of Lordran with DARK SOULS Ô : REMASTERED, available on 25 May, 2018 for the Nintendo SwitchÔ, PlayStationÒ4 computer entertainment system, Xbox One, and PC. Experience the rich world of DARK SOULS in upscaled 4K resolution with 60FPS when playing on a PlayStation 4 Pro system, Xbox One X, and PC. The Nintendo Switch will run at 1080p on TV mode and 720p while in handheld mode, but it will be locked at 30 fps for both modes.

From Software is the name behind the Dark Souls Remastered which means that the game is at good hands since From Software is the studio behind the trilogy.

Nine online covenants will be hidden throughout the world to offer different online interactions.

The first Dark Souls game turns seven this year and we're already getting a remastered edition. Up to six players can join together online to help, or hurt, each other throughout their quest. Unfortunately, full support of mouse and keyboard on PC, the creators of Dark Souls Remastered did not provide any information.

As a spiritual sequel to 2009's Demon's Souls, Dark Souls instantly became a fan-favorite with its challenging but rewarding action-RPG gameplay. It seems that it only took one generation for that decision to be made, as Dark Souls Remastered has been officially announced. Dark Souls Remastered is coming for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on May 25. Dark Souls: Remastered is now pending a final rating with the ESRB and will carry a MSRP of $39.99 on consoles.
