If history is any indication, HMD Global might have an announcement targeted at the Western Hemisphere planned for next month's Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. We can extend the storage further up to 128GB using the microSD card.

The most immediately noticeable aspect of the Nokia 6 (2018) is the relocation of its fingerprint sensor to the back. The device runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat, however, it is expected to receive the latest Android version, Android 8.0 Oreo soon. This phone has most of the same specifications as Nokia 6 of previous year.

The new Nokia 6 comes with a 5.5-inch full HD display.

The Nokia 6 (2018) is still not formally announced, but you can, in fact, already pre-order it. The micro USB port is replaced by the USB Type-C port for the Nokia 6 (2018).

HMD Global, the Finnish company that sells Nokia-branded smartphones, is set to formally unveil the second-generation Nokia 6 smartphone later today. The model boasts of a 3000mAh battery which supports fast charging.

This smartphone gives its support the Dual-Sight technology. Its actual launch is still a few days away, but the company is revealing enough to make buyers of the first gen Nokia 6 seethe in jealousy.

If and when it does arrive the current price is 1,499 yuan (around $230/£170/AU$295) for the 32GB version and 1,699 yuan (roughly $260/£195/AU$335) for the 64GB one, making it potentially slightly cheaper than the $229/£200/AU$399 original Nokia 6.

For photography, Nokia 6 (2018) has a 16-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, dual-tone LED flash and face detection auto focus. However, Nokia 6 (2018) now supports "Bothie" mode that lets users capture and record from the front and rear camera simultaneously.

The new Nokia 6 (2018) has been unveiled in China and will go on sale by January 10. One fun new feature is the "dual view" camera, which can snap a picture from the front and back sensors at the same time and will stitch the two pictures together, side by side.

The report also claimed that the smartphone would be available for purchase exclusively through Amazon India at present.
