Florida State Kicker Ricky Aguayo vs

Aguayo is shown standing toe-to-toe and throwing punches with the individuals, even deciding to come back and approach one of them after some of the fighting had subsided.

Tallahassee Police records obtained by Karl Etters of the Tallahassee Democrat show that Aguayo reported being "jumped" in front of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity house at around 3 a.m. on December 2, 2016.

The documents were one of about two dozen police reports so far obtained in a public records request related to the fraternity after pledge Andrew Coffey died at an off-campus party on November 3.

Aguayo missed two of three field goals in the game. The Democrat obtained the Aguayo police report as part of a public-records request related to the fraternity. Some of the apparent fraternity members told Aguayo his brother wouldn't have been in a fight like he was.

Florida State University's field-goal kicker told police he was jumped by members of the same fraternity that was shut down after the death of a pledge from South Florida, according to the Tallahassee Democrat newspaper. The fight breaks out into the street in front of the frat house and Aguayo then takes a cheap shot from one of the spectators. When one of the fraternity brothers went after Izzo he tossed them aside and tried telling them he was just trying to get Aguayo home. When the players were found by a fraternity member, a coffee table was smashed and "Turntle", the fraternity's turtle, was dead.

No one involved in the incident asked for medical attention and no one wanted to press charges.

This time around, Aguayo made his only field goal attempt and was 5-for-5 on extra points in the Seminoles' easy 38-22 win over the Gators on Saturday.
