Portia De Rossi alleges sexual harassment by Steven Seagal during audition

De Rossi took to Twitter and said that during her final audition for a Segal movie in his office he told her that it was important to have "chemistry off-screen".

She added that her agent was "unfazed" by the news, which reflects how common sexual harassment in the entertainment business has become.

After this allegation, Twitter was flooded with support for De Rossi, including from her wife, Ellen DeGeneres.

The "Arrested Development" star is one of three women who have made sexual misconduct allegations against the 65-year-old actor-producer.

Actress Jenny McCarthy, who first accused Seagal in 1998, on Thursday revisited her encounter with the actor when auditioning for his 1995 movie "Under Siege 2" when he allegedly asked her twice to lower her dress.

According to the Good Wife actress, the incident took place when she went to Seagal's hotel room after being told by a female casting director that the latter was looking to go over a scene with her.

"He came up to me and said, 'I'm Dustin - burp - Hoffman, ' and he put his hand on my breast".

Reps for Steven Seagal have been contacted for comment.

"I sort of screamed my way out" of the situation, Marguiles said in an interview with Jenny Hutt on her SiriusXM program last. "And I'm here, a woman". "It's a long story... but I never was raped, and I never was harmed, and I don't know how I got out of that hotel room". I got out of there unscathed ... After the audition, which otherwise went well, Guerrero says, she later got a call from her manager. "[He says] 'So, you were Playmate of the Year?' Then he said, 'Take off your dress.' I just started crying and said, 'Rent my Playboy video, you a-hole!' and ran out to the vehicle".
