Arrest warrant against Harvey Weinstein accuser Rose McGowan

Harvey Weinstein accuser Rose McGowan is facing arrest after airport police found traces of narcotics in belongings she left behind at Washington Dulles International Airport after she arrived on a flight from Los Angeles earlier this year.

The felony charge stems from a police investigation of the "Charmed" alum's personal belongings that were left behind on a United Airlines flight arriving at Washington Dulles International Airport on January 20, and tested positive for narcotics, authorities told The Times. The items left behind apparently tested positive for narcotics, and the airport police obtained a warrant for McGowan's arrest on February 1.

She tweeted, "Are they trying to silence me?" "Police have made efforts to reach out to Ms. McGowan through her representatives to make her aware of the warrant".

McGowan has been of the most vocal Harvey Weinstein accusers. McGowan said on Twitter on Monday.

McGowan referenced the warrant on Monday, but quickly deleted the tweet.

A capture warrant was issued for Rose McGowan for lawful offense ownership of a controlled substance. "What a load of HORSES-T", she wrote.

The Associated Press reported police have attempted to contact McGowan for a court appearance in Loudoun County, Virginia.

She was alluding to a New York Times interview where she claims she was offered $1million by someone close to Weinstein in return for signing a nondisclosure agreement.

Talking at the Women's Convention in Detroit on Friday, McGowan discussed her life after the asserted attack by the previous film big shot.

This isn't the first time the actress has accused the powers that be of attempting to silence her for speaking out about Weinstein. I've been maligned. And you know what?
