Michigan's Karan Higdon was untouchable during 59-yard TD run at Indiana

On Saturday afternoon, the once high-flying and undefeated #Michigan Wolverines traveled to #Indiana for their latest conference game against the Hoosiers.

The Wolverines held a 20-10 lead with just under four minutes left, but were unable to keep it.

These teams met last season in a game MI won 20-10.

MI blew a 20-10 lead with less than four minutes left in regulation but earned the win in overtime thanks to running back Karan Higdon's 25-yard score on the first play. Higdon had 200 rushing yards and scored three touchdowns for the Wolverines.

IN had a chance to tie the score on its possession in overtime, even setting itself up with a first down at Michigan's 1-yard line.

Although the Wolverines won, the offensive woes are still worrisome.

As a whole, the offense only mustered 17 first downs, and only converted two of 13 third downs. Seemingly easily, he ran up the middle through the giant gap, breaking away for a spectacular 59-yard touchdown run that gave the Wolverines a 20-10 lead.

Michigan's defense was dominant once again, holding the Hoosiers to just 278 yards, including 80 on the ground. Finally on fourth down Tyree Kinnel intercepted a pass to end the game. The Wolverines still have Penn State (next week) and Ohio State (season finale) on the schedule, but at least, for one more week, those pesky Jim Harbaugh to the National Football League rumors can be on the back-burner for a week.

This won't alleviate any long-term concerns for the MI faithful who hope and pray Harbaugh will stay and win in Ann Arbor for a long time.
