Narendra Modi will be addressing a rally in poll-bound Himachal Pradesh on Tuesday after laying the foundation stone for the Rs 1350 crore AIIMS project. Later, Prime Minister said that the proposed Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), which will come in Una district, will not be simply another college but a centre to produce the best in the field of information Technology. Asserting that no case of corruption had surfaced after the NDA government came to power, Modi said, "In the last three years, there has been no allegation of corruption on my government".

Union minister for Health and Family Welfare, JP Nadda is personally overseeing the arrangements for PM's rally as it is under his constituency.

Amid the soaring political temperature in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh, sources said the polls might be held together in December in the two states.

"He will later address a public meeting in the state", the PMO added. The Prime Minister further said that he is extremely privileged that he got an opportunity to do something for a state like Himachal Pradesh.

The NDA government believes in development and now 13 major projects, involving an investment of Rs 15,000 crore, are under implementation.

"Then the Congress people replied saying that our entire party is on bail, our (Congress) President is facing corruption charges". But Virbhadra Singh has lined up a strong team of loyalists, who have threatened that they will not contest elections without Mr Singh being named for Chief Minister again.

Modi also said that the inauguration of 750-bed AIIMS in the city will boost tourism sector as well.

Though, he even congratulated the government officials and the people of Himachal Pradesh for their contribution and achievement in the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, attaining a clean India. He also spoke about the One Rank One Pension issue saying that "I had announced during the Mandi rally that we will give one rank one pension". We have disbursed three installments that has benefitted ex-servicemen. "Close to Rs, 8,500 crores has been distributed".
