Giants' Odell Beckham practices Thursday for the first time in three weeks

The Giants' offense was limited to 233 yards in the loss to the Cowboys on Sunday night. Now, for Giants fans - or fantasy owners that have Beckham on their roster - the fact that Beckham, ankle injury and all that kept him out Monday night, was in a dance-off. However, the Giants had plenty of time to make adjustments to the run game, but nothing significant has ever happened. They got in as a wild card last season with an 11-5 record.

"It was a little too exciting", Von Miller said after presenting Joseph with the game ball in the jubilant locker room. "Guys were playing fast".

Hopefully these issues are better resolved on Monday night. So, we'll bounce back.

"I felt good", Beckham said.

Offense: The struggle to score points continues.

Beckham had 101 receptions for 1,367 yards and 10 touchdowns previous year. That includes the playoff loss to the Packers. It's just Week 1 after all. They crossed midfield only twice. It could be 4-to-12 weeks.

Beckham was running, jumping and cutting better and more freely during Thursday's practice.

McAdoo did not declare Beckham healthy enough to play, but left no doubt about the stature of the three-time Pro Bowler.

Two important notes here: One, there wasn't much space despite the fact Pierre-Paul sold out on the outside pass rush because Elliott was wrapped up by B.J. Goodson before he got to the line of scrimmage; and Two, that cut to the outside covered over five yards, which is an incredible feat in itself, but another factor in just how hard this play was to make. "It's a medical decision". "We got him out there [to practice]". He draws a lot of coverage. The line didn't give Manning time to throw. While all of the Giants running backs were completely shut down by the Cowboys defense, it wasn't entirely their fault. They were third against the run past year, tied for fourth in interceptions with 17, 14th in sacks with 35 and second overall with a combined passer rating against them of 75.8. To make matters worse, the Giants' wide receivers will also have added pressure of going against an improved Lions secondary.
