Expect fireworks in Week 1 for the Pittsburgh Steelers

The top overall pick in this years draft got hurt in practice on Wednesday, while the Browns were having their first full practice in preparation for Sundays season opener against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

New York Giants offensive tackle Ereck Flowers (74) stops Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett (95) in the first half of a preseason game, August 21 in Cleveland. Garrett also had a lateral left foot sprain which required a walking boot during mini-camp.

Both came across the same way they've been all training camp - respectful, humble, driven, motivated and eager to get into their first National Football League game.

Garrett is set to undergo tests on his ankle, but the Cleveland Plain Dealer is reporting team sources believe the injury is serious.

The Browns-Steelers opening weekend match-up will have plenty of storylines to it. "I know our fans are excited about coming to see our team play and our opponent that we are playing", he said.

It's the second year in a row that the Browns lost their highest draft pick to injury. Jones had right foot surgery in March and took just eight snaps in one preseason game. Will the Browns receivers make big plays?

Though they are under no delusions that their team would actually be good this year, Myles Garrett is expected to give them something to cheer about-a sack here, a forced fumble there. I know that he'll do great in his career.

"He's looking like the first overall pick", Haden told reporters.

A true sports rivalry can be more than just what score is when the final whistle blow. "Anybody's offensive line, we're going to come at them as a collective group".

Garrett's comments are fine with Jackson, but the Browns coach added after delivering the news on Garrett's health: "Now he has to back it up".

"My biggest thing is always my peers", he said. There's a preseason speed, a regular-season speed, playoffs speed - they are all different. "That is something that I am going to have to be able to do here in Cleveland".

The Steelers finally saw the return of Le'Veon Bell to the field after his long holdout, and will get him back in the backfield along with a healthy Ben Roethlisberger and fresh Antonio Brown to work with on their well-rounded offense. "He will truly be missed, but we've just got to continue raise younger guys into being in that starting role and trying to fill the spot that he left". In order to beat the Pittsburgh Steelers you have to get Ben down.

"My bold prediction, I really feel like Myles can make the Pro Bowl his rookie year".
