Lady Gaga planning to take a break from music

Asked about a scene in her new documentary, "Gaga: Five Foot Two", where she rushes off stage and asks her boyfriend Christian Carino how she did, She told "Entertainment Tonight": "It's not just about it being my boyfriend".

Lady Gaga says that she's planning to take a "rest" from music and "slow down for a moment for some healing".

"Me and Taylor are fighting, so that sucks", she reportedly says in the documentary. I'm never not creating.

"The most important thing in this whole process was this film didn't come across like a big commercial for me", Gaga said, adding that her life is far from ideal. Sometimes the pain is so brutal that Gaga cries, though she makes sure to express her appreciation for her doctors and the team around her.

Gaga: Five Foot Two premieres on Netflix on Friday, September 22.

"It's hard, but it's liberating, too", she said.

Gaga added that performing at the Super Bowl was a high mark of her career. The movie examines the life of Stefani Joanne Germanotta, which is Lady Gaga's birth name, after the release of her Artpop album. The documentary charts the break-up, and shows Lady Gaga crying as she discusses the reasons the pair finally split.

"My pain does to me is of no use unless I transformed it into something that I enjoys. I hope that people watching it that do struggle with chronic pain know that they are not alone", said the artist. "I sold 10 million [records] and lose Matt [Williams]".

It would seem hard to gain the confidence of a world-class performer like Lady Gaga, a private individual performing under an assumed title who headlined the Super Bowl past year.

She also just wrapped on a remake of "A Star is Born" with Bradley Cooper.
