Although not directly quoted, People's Julie Mazziotta said that Carter did confirm that Carter said she had talked with Jenkins about appearing in Wonder Woman 2.

Lynda hopes her cameo does happen because she is a huge admirer of Patty's work and is very proud of her association with the character. Their plan to bring back the entire crew that worked on the first movie is an equally reassuring decision, since they've proven themselves ten times over with the movie still playing in theaters.
