Beauty And The Beast, a remake of the 1991 animation, is now on track to open in the United Kingdom with a three-day haul of £18.4 million, making it the highest grossing three-day opening weekend for a PG movie ever.

The British actress was reportedly given an upfront pay cheque of $3 million (£2.4 million) but depending on how well the movie goes over with audiences, sources are suggesting that she could take home up five times that amount.
