For St. Patrick's Day, temperatures could reach the mid 30s, with mostly sunny skies.

Mostly sunny today, with a high near 36. Lows around 30. Northwest winds 5 to 10 miles per hour. The overnight low will be around 47 degrees.

Another 6 to 8 inches of powdery lake effect snow could fall through Thursday morning, and high winds will blow that snow around and create white-out conditions.

It will be partly sunny on Friday with soft sustained southwest winds between 5 and 9 miles per hour are on tap.

Friday Night: Snow likely, mainly after 5am.

Much the same on Wednesday and Thursday: Highs between mid-50s and mid-60s with a 30 to 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Chance of showers in the evening, then showers likely after midnight. It will be cloudy, with a high near 42. Snow accumulation of less than half an inch is possible, according to the NWS. Chance of precipitation is 40 percent.
