Joe Rogan Details Perfect Scenario for Conor McGregor to Beat Floyd Mayweather

Mayweather has not fought since earning a unanimous decision victory over Andre Berto in September of 2015, running his undefeated record to 49-0.

Mayweather has been sending messages just like this one to McGregor for days already but the UFC champion has yet to respond. "And if they are not going to let me get on it, then I think it'll show". I didn't cry, I didn't complain, I beat him and I became the A side. "Simple and plain, lets fight in June".

McGregor is still tied down to four fights with the organisation and UFC president Dana White admitted it would be impossible to sanction the lucrative bout without his involvement.

"I have confirmed there is a "hold" on T-Mobile Arena in Vegas June 10th for Floyd Mayweather v Conor McGregor boxing match", he tweeted.

Mayweather's words represent the most detailed proposal either fighter has offered for the potential showdown.

"I don't want to hear no more excuses about the money, about the UFC", Mayweather continued.

Nate Diaz has explained his attempts to obtain a boxing licence were to gain leverage over the UFC and not a cheap attempt to replicate rival Conor McGregor. Sign the paper with the UFC so you can fight me in June.

"He would land those leg kicks, and then the shot would come from there, but in terms of his hands, he doesn't have, I mean he has power, of course he does, but nowhere near the power that I have, I promise you that", he said.

In a video posted to FightHype, Mayweather was candid about when he wanted the fight to happen. McGregor has said he wants $100m for the fight - a similar amount to the sum Mayweather made when he fought Manny Pacquiao in May 2015. I'm exhausted of all this crying about money and talking about you want to fight. You're blowing smoke up everyone's ass. There's still no sign a deal to fight each other is imminent, though. Since then, McGregor has been selling millions of pay-per-views while headlining cards in the UFC and that part of the negotiation seems to remain the biggest obstacle from making a fight with Mayweather come together.
