Solange hints at Grammy boycott after Beyoncé's loss

She took home four other Grammys which included: "Album of the Year" and "Best Pop Vocal Album" for her album, 25, and "Song of the Year", "Record of the Year", and "Best Pop Solo Performance", all for her hit, "Hello".

As she accepted her award for Album of the Year, with Beyonce´ standing and cheering her on, Adele made everyone know that not only is she a member of the Beyhive, but she's quite possibly the president.

Solange Knowles chose to react to Frank Ocean's GRAMMY criticisms just moments after her older sister, Beyonce, lost out to Adele for Album of the Year. The Lemonade album was just so monumental, Beyoncé. We saw another side of you that we don't always get to see. "I love you, I always have, and I always will". And I was awarded that shortly after-I found out shortly after, which was the biggest blessing of my life. And in my pregnancy and through becoming a mother I lost a lot of myself.

"Adele is not even wearing her engagement ring".

However, the show's executive producer Ken Ehrlich said it became apparent "how passionate Adele was... and that she had a vision for what she wanted to do with it". "And there is no awards show that is more culturally embarrassing than the Grammy Awards". "Josh turned to me and said, 'If we ever win a Grammy, we should receive it just like this.' So, not only is this incredible, but I want everybody who's watching at home to know that they could be next", they concluded.

"We all (expletive) adore you", she said directly to the visibly pregnant star. The singer also paid a tribute to George Michael and messed up during it as well. "You cut him off last time!" she exclaimed, referring to when they last took the stage together to accept the song of the year Grammy.

Beyonce sang two songs from her latest album, "Love Drought" and "Sandcastles", interspersed with spoken word incantations on women and their power.

"I felt like it was her time to win", she said.

Chance the Rapper won the first award in the live telecast for best new artist.

"Stressed Out" by Twenty One Pilots garnered the Grammy for Best Duo/Group Performance.

This year Frank, Kanye West and Drake all skipped the Grammys in protest of the lack of diversity among its nominees, believing it didn't represent black or younger artists, while Beyoncé, Rihanna and Drake were the only artists of colour nominated, all were snubbed for white people.
