Megyn Kelly Grills Donna Brazile Over Giving Question to Hillary Campaign

"Where did you get it", Kelly asked again.

Moments later, the interview took a weird turn when Brazile went biblical on Kelly.

Brazile made reference to Christianity and persecution while attempting to avoid the direct question.

"Podesta's emails were stolen".

So she says, "You were accused of receiving a debate question before a CNN town hall where they partnered with TV One". CNN has denied giving out any questions ahead of time, and Brazile has denied both having access to any questions and sharing any questions with the Clinton campaign.

The question, which was about the death penalty, was asked of Clinton by Roland Martin, a host with TV One, which co-hosted the debate with CNN.

In in the interview, Brazile and Kelly tried to stay civil, telling one another they "respect" each other, yet Kelly was frustrated by her guest's constant pivots.

"Where did you get it?" the host shot back.
After being asked where she got the question, Brazile asked for information "to allow me to see what you're talking about?"

"As a Christian woman I understand persecution, but I will not sit here and be persecuted because your information is totally false", the operative said.

Kelly reminded Brazile that the email troubled CNN's Jake Tapper, who found the incident unethical. He called the leak "very, very troubling".

KATY TUR: Listen, I want to be very clear that there's absolutely no evidence to support any idea that anyone was getting the questions beforehand at any of the three presidential debates. I have seen things that come from me, at 2 in the morning, that I don't even send. Anchor Andrea Mitchell urged her to explain how Trump was wrong and stressed that there had been no "collusion" between Donna Brazile and Hillary Clinton.

Brazile doesn't discuss the fact that Creamer was a member of the DNC until the video came out this week and he was forced to resign; all she has to say is he resigned so he wouldn't be a distraction.

Later in Delaware, Ohio speech, Trump said that Secretary Clinton gave flawless answers to the questions because she studied and essentially conceded his own loss at Wednesday nights debate.

Brazile responded by saying that she wasn't going to "validate falsified information", especially from emails that may have been doctored by WikiLeaks. So really the allegation is not that she got the question from CNN, that she got it from Roland Martin, who used to work at CNN and is now laboring away in obscurity at something called NY1. "I have my documents, I have my files". That is an issue I've pushed for several years.

"A lot of those emails I would not give them the time of the day".
