The other info about the forthcoming HTC 10 that is now doing the rounds is less official but no less significant.

The HTC 10 is somewhat late to the new Android phones party in 2016, and the LG G5, Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge will all be on sale by the time it unveils its next flagship. The smartphone will apparently feature a 5.1 or 5.2-inch display with 1,440 x 2,560 pixels resolution. Both the variants include a micro-SD card support that can add up to 128GB of additional storage capacity.

We're nearly certain the phone will be powered by a 64-bit quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, coupled with an Adreno 530 graphics processing unit and 4GB of RAM.

According to a recent Gartner report, worldwide smartphone sales for this year are expected to grow only 7 percent, marking the first year for the handheld devices to post only a single-digit percentage increase.
