Liverpool star relieved to be working under Klopp instead of Rodgers

New manager Jürgen Klopp talks about his dissatisfaction with English football's loan system model and ways in which he'd like to change things at Liverpool. "When the fans sort of get behind you and congratulate you for a good piece of play, like in that case the tackle". We will see what we will do in the future.

Sakho says a lot has changed under Klopp on the training ground. He spends a lot of time with me. The left-back started the season's first four games on the bench, with the now departed Brendan Rodgers preferring to use the right-footed Joe Gomez in his place.

He spoke to all the players and the first thing he said to us was that he was going to judge things on what he saw and what he felt. He really wants me to learn English as quickly as possible, so he can get his ideas over. There will be a time when we have to make a decision. "Of course I am looking at the loan players", he said. Currently, new boss Jurgen Klopp has to rely on midfielder Lucas Leiva to act as his translator. And I just don't think he is doing that.

"I listen to some Spanish music, but you won't like them".

Liverpool presently have over 15 players out on loan with big name players like Mario Balotelli, Andre Wisdom, Tiago Ilori, Luis Alberto and Lazar Markovic joining the younger contingent of Harry Wilson, Kevin Stewart, Ryan Kent, Sheyi Ojo, Samed Yesil, Jordan Williams, Lloyd Jones, Danny Ward, Lawrence Vigouroux, Sergi Canos, Taiwo Awoniyi and Ryan McLoughlin who are all presently on temporary deals with different clubs. Part of this problem stems from the fact that multiple first team players, most notably, Mario Balotelli, Lazar Markovic, and Tiago Ilori are presently out on loan to other teams. "But I couldn't see why I wasn't getting a chance", the Spain global said.

Sakho, who moved to Liverpool in 2013, has enjoyed a sustained run in the Liverpool first-team in recent weeks following injury to centre-half rival Dejan Lovren.
